OLUFOLAHAN OGUNYINKA, ESQ

Olufolahan Ogunyinka, Esq is an experienced legal practitioner with over three decades of active practice in litigation, commercial law, property law and legal advisory services. He obtained his LL.B. (Hons.) degree from the University of Lagos in 1988 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in December 1989. He undertook his National Youth Service with a private law firm, S. A. T. Amukele & Co. based in Ahoada, Rivers State which firm specializes in Oil companies/community relationship and negotiation on compensation for oil spillage from 1989 to 1990. After his service year, he continued with his professional career at Olumuyiwa Aduroja SAN & Co. from 1991 to 1996. In 1996, he established Olufolahan Ogunyinka & Co. in Lagos, his practice covered commercial transactions, secured credit, funds management, property law and related corporate matters as its Principal Partner. His practice is predominantly litigation-driven, with substantial experience representing individuals, corporate organisations and institutions before the High Courts, the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He also advises clients on commercial transactions, property matters, regulatory issues, dispute resolution and other complex legal concerns. He is recognised for his strategic approach to legal problems, thorough preparation, professional integrity and commitment to protecting the interests of his clients.
